Happy New Year! Once again we are in the planning stages of the Louisiana Society of Periodontists annual meeting in New Orleans. We are very excited about the agenda and look forward to seeing you at our meeting!

The meeting will be held on Friday, July 13, 2012 from 2p.m. – 5p.m., and Saturday, July 14 from 8a.m. – 4 p. m. at the Westin Hotel Canal Place, in the Center of Downtown New Orleans overlooking the Mississippi River (100 Iberville Street). The hotel will be offering a discounted room rate of $129.00. Reservations must be made by June 1, 2010, by calling (504) 566-7006 and telling them you are with the Louisiana Society of Periodontists.

Our success is possible in large part due to our corporate sponsors. The cost of a two-day sponsorship is $1500. This will allow your company to display a table for the entire two days of the meeting. You will also be able to share information about your company with doctors during our Saturday lunch, at no extra cost. For participation on only Saturday, the sponsorship fee is $1000. We also welcome donations of products or gifts from any company to use as door prizes at our luncheon. In return, your company will receive verbal recognition for the donation offered. This is often the most fun part of the meeting.

If your sponsorship check is received prior to March 15, 2012, your company’s name will be listed in the invitational brochure that will be sent to over 1000 periodontists regionally via email. Please make checks payable to: The Louisiana Society of Periodontists. Our tax ID # is 26-0584002.
